| Our Shrine was re-dedicated in October, 1993 as the Official Archdiocesan Shrine of Divine Mercy in Baltimore. Through the intercession of St. Faustina, our Pastor, Fr. Ronald P. Pytel, was miraculously cured of a fatal heart ailment. His miraculous cure was the final step needed for the canonization of Saint Faustina. The Chaplet of The Divine Mercy is recited daily at 3 o'clock, the Hour of Great Mercy, in the St. Faustina Chapel in the lower church. Beginning September 18, 2009 a Mass will be celebrated at 2:30pm in the Saint Faustina Chapel in the lower church followed by Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament and the Divine Mercy Perpetual Novena.
